Montana Fish Report

Mixed results here. Sturgeon anglers are getting a few fish in the Cache slough area and around Light 41 and at the mouth of the Sacramento river. Striper anglers are getting many limits during the incoming tide. Some anglers catch and release 15 to 20 fish per trip. Trolling is the best fishing technique to catch striped bass and Angry Eye minnows and Yo-Zuris are the top call. Bank anglers also did well last week along the highway 160 from Three Mile Slough Bridge to Isleton Bridge on grass shrimp, pile worm, blood worm, salted sardine, or anchovy.
