Steelhead fishing is good throughout the entire Oroville Wildlife Area, low flow and high flow. Use caddis patterns. On the lower Feather, small schools are coming upstream. Jumbo minnows, Six-inch black or black with red-flaked rubber worms, or trolling with Yozuris get bass.
