Feather River Fish Report

Striped bass are being caught from Verona upriver and Star Bend to Bear River. Most are in the 24 inch range. Pile worms or plastic worms. Minnows also will work. Water is low and when the Feather drops further they will head  back to the Sacramento. Spring steelhead are in the upper Feather, biting caddis and mayflies. Spin fishermen can use nightcrawlers.
