The water temp is around 70 degrees and slowly cooling. Last Catfish plant of 1,000 lbs. was on Sept. 3. The Trout bite has slowed a little but seem to be making a comeback out towards the Dam in deeper water. The Catfish have been biting in Scow Canyon and out across from the Boat Launch area and from the shoreline at the Boat Launch area. The Broken-Back Fire-Tiger and the Panther Martins seem to be working for those that are trolling. Bass have chase Drop-shots and crank baits, as well as topwater lures. Catfish have been biting on nightcrawlers, anchovies, shrimp or chicken livers. (510) 223-1661
