Another chapter of as the wind blows rocked the Delta this pasted week. things are settling in nicely mid-week with better conditions. Striper anglers are getting many limits during the incoming tide. Some anglers caught and released about 15 fish to 20 fish per trip. Trolling is the best fishing technique to catch striped bass, Angry Eye minnows and Yo-Zuris are the top call. Spoon bite is there as well for those dropping trout patterned spoons. Bank anglers are now recovering from the wind along the highway 160 from Three Miles Slough Bridge to Isleton Bridge on grass shrimp, pile worm, blood worm, salted sardine, or anchovy. Sturgeon anglers are getting a few fish in the Cache slough area and around light 41 and at the mouth of the Sacramento river. Panfish anglers are seeing better results with the warmer weather.
