It’s an early morning, late evening bite, especially in the Mill Creek arm. Mealworms, crickets and baby nightcrawlers produce trout. Anchoring in the Bucks Creek inlet is also productive. Trollers going down 35 to 45 feet with Speedy Shiners, gold Cyclones, truck Needlefish or No. 5 or No. 7 brown Rapalas. Kokanee like watermelon dodgers and Sockeye Slammers in cotton Candy. Macks are caught by those vertically jigging buzz bombs. (530) 283-2733
