The lake is 96% full & the water temperature is 72 degrees. Trout are still being caught in the main lake. Warmer weather still has the trout going down to about 40-45 feet or so. Hat Island and along the buoy line at the dam are still hot spots for trollers. Powerbait in rainbow and chartreuse colors as well as night crawlers are still the favorites along with rapala lures and needlefish lures. We are still getting catfish reports. Catfish are still hitting on rocky areas, mostly in the evenings and are being caught on anything smelly, cheese and chicken liver being the most popular. (209) 763-5915, (209) 763-5166
