Montana Fish Report

Wind, rain, and even a little snow made for tough fishing after 10:00 am. this entire week. With surface temps rapidly cooling we see more fish in the top 20 feet of water and holding there longer before dropping deeper as the sun gets higher. But most of our sonar pings still show the majority of good marks to be from 30 to 40 feet. With good weather in the forecast and less wind, expect clarity to improve along with the bite.
