Montana Fish Report

Fishing prospects remain good.  Trout are biting at the Channel Point dock or at the East Side. Use nightcrawlers or any type of Power Bait.  Catfish have been biting with nightcrawlers, shrimp or chicken liver at the northwest fishing dock.  Black bass are taking various lures or nightcrawlers. Crappie and bluegill are biting jigs or worms along the shore at the Boat Ramp area or Loma Island. Big fish of the week was a 6.5 pound trout caught by Christina and Anthony from the east side of the lake. Dave O’Neal caught a 6.14 pound trout with nightcrawlers near Channel Point. (510) 544-3154
