Plenty of action for king salmon, kokanee and rainbow trout. Expect two to three pound salmon with lots of shakers mixed in. Target depths are 80 to 110 feet deep. We found quality chinooks in Fleming Bay and Middle Bay. Rolling shad or trolling Slim Fins behind Vance's ball trolls. Kokanee bite is very good and much larger than I've seen in years, 15 to 18 inches. The hefty kokes are holding around Jenkins Hill and Middle Bay. Most are falling for Uncle Larry's Spinners behind Vance's Dodgers with corn soaked in Pro Cure scent. Start out at 40 feet and move down by mid-morning. Rainbow trout are hitting just about anything. Rainbows took Uncle Larry's spinners, Vance's Slim Fins in several different colors. They too are in depths, surface to 40 feet. A 22 pound sack won a tourney here Saturday. Bass remain on beds but there are fish in spawn recovery in 20 feet of water. Brush hogs accounted for most of the bass. Water clarity is excellent and surface temperature is 68 degrees. Monte Smith (209) 848-2746. Bait Barn (209) 874-3011 Danny Layne (209) 586-2383
