Montana Fish Report

A two day Firefighters tournament was won with a 26 pound bag (10 fish). Largest was a 7.15 pound bass. Most were caught with Senkos or topwater frogs. Most of the action is being provided by bass in the one to two pound class. Fish are in tight and best bite is on high outgoing tide. The Snag Proof Open will be held Aug. 4 and 5 from Russo’s Marina. Registration is open to the public. Entry fee is $100 per day. (925) 625-2441
