The kokanee are on a very good bite in the railway canyon, off Six Bit Gulch and into the top of Upper Bay. Those areas will produce limits of feisty kokes, kings and some very nice bows. Rainbows are 20- to 30-feet deep and small shad like spoons or spinners are doing well, Kokanee are found at depths from 40- to 70-feet striking out at spinners, koke bugs or trolling flies scented with shoepeg corn in flavors such as Vanilla, Garlic, Krill or a simple blend of Root Beer soda flavored corn.
