Montana Fish Report

Fishing is still good up at the lake, but with the recent weather, the roads are snow covered. It is currently plowed up to the Guidici Ranch, but as the weather clears and the road crew gets caught up they will eventually plow up to the dam. Be prepared for snow on the way up to the lake and around the lake. Last report, there is about a foot of snow on the ground around the lake. There is plenty of ice at the dam for ice fishing, at least six or more inches. There is some open water out past the dam, but it will be difficult to get to. There may be some open water between Frenchman’s campground and Big Cove, but most of the lake is covered with ice.  (530) 993-4683
