A herring spawn was reported mid-day Wednesday at Coyote Point and that’s on top of a solid weekend bite that took place. Two sturgeon were caught Saturday from the Oyster Point Pier. Ghost shrimp has been the best bait, but herring also accounted for sturgeon and will be the go-to now. (650) 589-3474
