An 11.5-pound bass was caught Tuesday on the north end by John Denton on an Alabama rig. The Alabama rig accounted for a 10.5-pounder last week, too. Full moon phase last week made fishing tough. Stable weather and light pressure provide good opportunities. Jumbo minnows account for good numbers of bass. The south end of the lake has better numbers but better quality is coming from the north.
