Robert Milligan of Valley Springs caught the biggest stringer of trout and the largest fish in last week’s trout derby. His four fish weighed in at 10.95 pounds and the largest fish winner was 4.14 pounds. The lake is 69% full and the water temperature is 71 degrees. Trollers near the dam, Hat Island and the Narrows are catching trout. Regular trout plants begin in November. (209) 763-5915, (209) 763-5166
