There are some great oppurtunities for some big rainbows and very little fishing pressure now on Lake Tulloch. Water temp is 61 degrees and the trout are within a few feet of the surface. Good conentrations of two pound fish are located off the bouy line in front of the dam, under the power lines in the Green Springs arm and off the waterfall above the bridge. Top-lining Slim Willies and nightcrawlers are a good bet. Also small Slim-Fin, Ex-Cel or Needlefish in silver are working well, a few bigger fish are being caught on Uncle Larry's green tiger spinners tipped with a small piece of crawler. Most bows are hitting in the top 15-feet with the average fish in the two pound range. (209) 586-2383
