The kokanee have gone deeper. Go down 55 feet near the islands. Best bite is early and usually ends by 7:30 a.m. Use UV lures in pinks and whites. Use red and chartreuse later in the day. The key to success is keeping the lure close to the flasher (seven to eight inches). Average kokanee is 16 inches. The rainbow bite is very good. Fishing from the shore or trolling near the shoreline gets fish. Browns are off points and require a lot of dilligence. Macks will take jigs in deep water. (530) 587-4844
