The kokanee bite has begun but the fish are scattered. There are two significant schools of fish – one at the dam packet and another above the Highway 49 Bridge into Coyote Creek. Kokanee are holding 20 feet below the surface and taking spinners, hoochies, and Apex’s trolled behind a SlingBlade or 4/0 Dodger. Rainbows can be caught near the Spillway, Glory Hole Point and Rose Island. (209) 586-2383; (209) 586-2383
