Best fishing is early and late when trout can be enticed to rise. In the morning, prospect with an attractor dry such as a stimulator with a black beadhead dropper. The evening hatch is a PED (Pale Evening Dun). Nymphing is producing best numbers of trout. Nymph pocket water and pools with a stonefly and caddis. Streamer fishing early morning will produce some big fish. A few lake run browns are starting to move up the river. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555; www.jacktrout.com, (530) 926-4540 (530) 235-2969
