Water temperatures on the Feather River in the Oroville Wildlife Area continue to drop into the low 60s below the Thermalito Afterbay Outlet and mid 50's in the"low Flow". Improving the fishing for those who watch the water temps and fish during the cooler periods, when the fish are more prone to actually bite. Small pods of fresh fish are pushing through the lower river and slowing up when the feel the cooler water of the "low Flow" to aclimate to the water before moving further upriver.
