Trout bite is slowing. Boaters get action early with nightcrawlers and dodgers offered at 30 feet. Bass in the four to six pound class are being caught with drop-shotted worms. Catfish prefer anchovies or mackerel. Best action is near the dam but bite is just starting. Bluegill take mealworms or redworms at the dock and in coves. (209) 274-4739
