Water surface temperature is in the mid-40s. Fish are looking for warmer water so look for streams with warmer water. Smaller fish are near the top. Jigs are a good bet. Work them 30 to 35 feet deep. Some bass are in the open water hunting pond smelt. Huntington’s Sportsmen’s Store (530) 534-8000
