Grant Line Canal is kicking out striped bass to 14 pounds, most are in the four to seven pound class. Topwater lures are commonly employed. Last weekend’s black bass tournament was won with a five-fish bag weighing 17.26 pounds caught by Jesse Ochoa and Dave Summers, both of Tracy.
