Silver Lake Fish Report

Fishing over the past week has been a little slower because of the recent full moon. However, the spotty fishing has still produced some nice size rainbows and some great looking stringers. Dragging an Olive Matuka, a Green Wooly Bugger, or a Hornberg a few feet below the surface has produced some good results, as has trolling Tasmanian Devils, Thomas Buoyants or Speedy Shiners. If you like flipping a lure, work the road side of the lake throwing a Gold/Red Thomas Buoyant or a rainbow-patterned Kastmaster. Fishing season will stay open until November 15 but Silver Lake Resort will be closing on October 15th for the season. Silver Lake (760) 648-7525
