Good action for king salmon and rainbow trout in Fleming Bay this past week. Rainbows are near the surface hitting Kokanee Killers in orange or army truck at 15 feet. Don Purcell from Fresno took an easy limit in the Big Creek arm this past Saturday. On Friday Dan Bonillas from Los Banos and Ed Brandi from Sonora teamed up for limits of kings and rainbows off Big Oak Island. Trout were very active at depths to 25 feet, hitting Uncle Larry’s Spinners or the forementioned Kokanee Killers scented with garlic-flavored shoepeg corn.
