Action here remains excellent for Rainbow trout. Good action can be found in the Woods Creek arm, areas around the Flume, off Hatch Creek

and in Fleming Bay working into the Big Creek arm. Target the water column from 25’ to 50’ down using EX-CEL, Needlefish, Humdinger or silver Sockeye Slammers in silver as the lures of choice. Rainbows from two to

four pounds with fish to 22 inches are the norm. Some kings hitting in the river canyon and the back end of Woods Creek at 60 feet on rolled shad or anchovies.
