Halibut and striped bass were plentiful over the weekend but it slowed early in the week because of wind. The bite has been moving every day. On Saturday it was near Coyote Point on Sunday it was at the Alameda Rock Wall and Brisbane. There are smelt from Coyote Point to Candlestick.
