The Whitehorse Lake campground, day use areas, and boat launch are open. Only boats with a single electric motor are allowed on Whitehorse Lake. No gas-powered motors. The lake level is low and launching a boat is difficult. Fish are being caught despite the drop in temperatures. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 channel catfish
