The southwest side of Taylor Lake burned last week on the Rowena fire and still remains a "Level 3" evacuation area. The bank area around the parking lot is still accessible and not impacted by fire and is a "Level 1" area. The lake is open for fishing. Visibility in the lake isn't great despite the aeration system but anglers have still been catching trout.
