Diamond Lake is ice free and the main boat ramp is open. Docks around the main lodge are being installed. Fishing should be good.
Diamond Lake has been stocked with tiger and brown trout. These fish were introduced to help control illegally introduced tui chub. These trout are catch-and-release only and need to be released immediately and unharmed if caught. Follow these catch-and-release tips for reducing fish mortality.
