Ruby Lake Update

Access to Ruby Lake is open, with the county road being dry with only a few rough spots. There are some pinch points where snow along the sides of the road is restricting overall width, but access is still no problem. All access points on the Refuge are open with the exception of the road to the fingers that is blocked by snow. Water is slightly turbid and spring stocking has not occurred, although it is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
